This three-and a half hour workshop will incorporate mindful yoga flow with Rachael Moore and life coaching tips from me to help you to take care of yourself on the deepest level. Come and join us for an afternoon of yoga and self-discovery during which we will explore why taking time-out to rest and reboot is not a luxury, it's essential!

Where: Girton Pavilion, 66 Cambridge Rd, Girton, Cambridge CB3 0FH (parking available)

When: 14.00 - 17.30, Sunday 29th September 2019

Who: Rachael Moore has been teaching pregnancy, restorative and yin yoga for over 11 years and practising since 1998. She is also a yoga teacher trainer. Her classes offer students the space and opportunity to explore what their bodies are capable of, to recognise the mind-body connection and to move towards a more balanced, joyful and mindful way of living.

Lavinia - aka BoboMama - is a qualified Transition Coach who supports women to reach their greatest potential. She is also a corporate gender-equality and inclusion consultant, an author, speaker and mother of three.

What: We will start with a beautiful, vinyasa flow yoga practice, moving through it with intention and enquiry to explore ways in which yoga and movement support us in our quest for balance. (This practice is accessible to all, regardless of yoga experience).

We will continue with an interactive workshop about self-care: what it means, why it is necessary, as well as how it positively impacts our sense of wellbeing. You will discover a range of practical ways in which you can ringfence your essential needs so that instead of feeling exhausted and demotivated by day-to-day life, you feel competent, confident and energised!

We will end with a deeply relaxing, restorative yoga session which allows our bodies to let go of tension we are often unaware of holding. Supporting it with blankets, cushions and blocks, our nervous systems can re-calibrate and return to a state of ‘rest & digest’, where real healing can occur.

You will leave feeling calm, reinvigorated and armed with handy tools and techniques that you can apply during your day-to-day life to support you to feel motivated and content!

How much: £45/person

To bring: Pen, notebook and cushion (optional)
