I recently decided to take back control of my emotions: to no longer adopt the role of the victim and to get rid of all resentment. I wanted to release all of my old gripes and the attached dislike, disappointment and bitterness - so that the energy required to keep all of these emotions in submission could be used creatively instead.

In order to do this, I thought I would try out the four simple phrases included in this video - inspired by the Hawaiian Ho'oponopono - and I got amazing results.

the benefits of journalling

 
 

Journalling can be an awesome way to support you to let go of uncomfortable 'negative' feelings (such as guilt, shame, fear, anger, sadness, regret etc) by getting them out of your head and onto the written page.

The physical act of hand-writing these out magnifies the intent to release ownership of these emotions and expel them from your system.

An added benefit of journalling is in releasing the energy you are unconsciously wasting by keep these unwanted feelings under control. This can lead to lethargy, tiredness and ultimately dis-ease and illness.

Regular journalling frees up this life force to be harnassed into whichever creative outlet YOU choose!
